Everyone knows the number one thing to do as a supercar owner is brag about how rare your car is to your rich buddies at the poker table. However, us at MSIMA have decided to help put these rumors to rest with something we call the Kona Iron Man Edition Metric. An important distinction to be made is every car here has specifically limited numbers, not from a lack of selling (like the Chevy HHR SS Panel Van).

As you can see on the gauge, near the top of the list we have extremely rare vehicles like the aforementioned Kona Iron Man Edition. Coming in at 300 units for the US market, it’s most likely leagues rarer than any of the 458s or even the Bugatti Veyron (450 units) at your local cars and coffee.

Speaking of Iron Man, theres a decidedly less rare Iron Man edition that has come long before the Kona. Behold the Vehicross Iron Man Edition, with 1,000 units. A solid 300 less than the number of Ferrari F40s, which sold 1,311 total.

An even cooler silver screen figure somehow stuffed onto a car is the Toyota Tundra Terminator 3 Edition. 850 total were made, a whole 50 more than the Lamborghini SVJ Roadster.

Going back some, the Skoda Felicia Fun made 300 weird, silly looking pickups. A perfect comparison to the Lamborghini LM002, which made 328.

Want something more… sporty? How about the Mercedes-Benz A160 Hakkinen Edition. Named after the famous F1 driver, just 250 were made total. The hottest F1-derived Mercedes, the AMG Project One will have 275 units made, 25 less than the A160.

Back to the extreme off-roaders, what’s better than a Jeep? A jeep from the hit FPS shooter, Modern Warfare 3! The Wrangler MW3 edition is honestly less than special, but in numbers (200 total) it’s more special than the Mercedes Benz 4X4 Squared (500 total). It can probably out off-road the Merc too.

Finally, wrapping up this list comes a “sports car”, the BMW Z3 Neiman Marcus 007 Edition with 100 made. What else is BMW connected to that’s extremely rare and fast, just like the Z3? The McLaren F1, with 106 made. Sadly, 6 short of the Neiman Marcus 007 Edition.
