Toyota recently released a special TuRD option wing, being a swan neck mounting on the rear trunk. This is a cool addition to the TRD catalog, but something that seems to have gone unnoticed is the second “special option” wing hidden under the additional add-on drop down box.

The other new wing is sponsored by eBay motors, and will apparently cost significantly less than the swan neck. Our analysts speculate the price to be somewhere between 49.99 and 99.99 (based off of eBay’s price bracketing), making it a much cheaper alternative to any of the other TRD racing options out there. Not only that, but the description states an increase of downforce by
“over 500% at 300mph” which will certainly help keep the rear end down on fast track days and such, providing the car doesn’t blow up first.

We’re excited to see what other collaborations TRD decides to do, as we continue to get absolutely everything except for an STi version of the GR86. Thanks Toyota!
